Hi I'm I big believer of paranormal activities but with you I would leave it a while for demonic help as drugs commonly do this even when you quit. Just try and.relax and don't scare your self. See a counsellor and she will help. Remember demonic things only happen when you use things such as ouiji board.and paranormal activities . Sorry if I didn't help
