What can you tell me about "Shadow people"

I've heard that they are in fact not ghosts, but beings from different dimension and are time travelling. What can you tell me about them?

Shadow people is a generic term used to describe entities that basically appear as shadows. Much of the time these are what would most often be referred to as ghosts. Appearing as a shadow is one of the easiest ways for a ghost or spirit to be seen by the naked eye.

As for some shadow people being from a different dimension and time traveling, I know of no way to prove or disprove that. It would require a different understanding of physics than the existence of ghosts would, but with either approach, the physics is not yet proven to be correct.
