1804 ===== 1 billion people on the earth.
2012 ===== 7 billion people on the earth.
So it took roughly 208 years for the population to go from 1 billion to 7 billion. And if you figure in exponential growth rates, what will the population be in another 100 years?
Some suggest we will hit 8 billion by the year 2024.
Where are we going to put all these people? And what are they going to eat?
What do you think the "maximum seating capacity" is on this earth? How many people can the earth's resources support?

That's not actually the main issue. Most Christians who study bible prophecy understand the stage is being set now, and we are living in the "last days."
Could we go on for another 100 years. Sure, I think we could. But I also think that is unlikely.
