mike1942-f say: Work on your English and the question might be answerable - the stars are up there all the time and during the day the glare of the sun on the atmosphere prevents us from seeing them most of the time.
-
Kevin say: The sunshine makes them invisible.
-
poldi say: Stars are present in the day time, we do not see them because the sunlight that our atmosphere refracts to light our sky is brighter than most stars.
Some can be seen during the day, if you have the right equipment and know where to look.
-
Tom S say: Stars are always in the sky, the day sky is brighter so we can't see them. The brightest stars can be seen in the day with a telescope.
-
poornakumar b say: "Star are present in the day time but we are not see them" because of intense, overpowering sunlight.
-
Raymond say: Stars are present, but we do not see them because the sky is too bright. The air diffracts a lot of the light from the Sun and spreads it out in all directions.
If you know exactly where to point a telescope, you can see the stars (at least the brighter ones) even during the day. I have done that many times.
-
tham153 say: You can't see them because our atmosphere scatters sunlight, which is so much brighter (mag -26.7 versus -1.47 for the brightest tar, Sirius) than any star
-
someg say: Silly! Don't you know that the Sun keeps us warm by day? The Moon and the stars are our friends at night!
-
pmt853 say: Errrrr what? Maybe try again with help from someone with better written English so you can ask a better question. I can't see you, but I expect you're still there.
