It's a trick of light and shadow. It happens all the time with still frames. Every now and then by random chance one will resemble something that we recognize, such as a face. Look at the video again, and instead imagine that it's just the angle of the sun on a rock formation. Often images we think we see depend on how we are thinking of them at the time.

I think so. The life on mars I read lives underground and the neighboring moon pheobos is where all the aliens visit.
