What would happen if Jupiter,Neptune,Saturn Crash into the Sun

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-05-14] [Hit: ]
just 3 less things to see in the night sky.-Pretty much nothing. The Sun is a LOT larger than all those planets even put together. The sun would eat them, the planets would be utterly destroyed and do little more than add to the mass of the sun a bit (which would change planetary orbits some but not much).-Altogether they amount to 1/4 of 1% of the Suns mass.......
just wondering?

Nothing, the Gas planets (big as they are to us) are tiny compared to the Sun. It would vaporize them without so much as a hiccup.

-
Nothing, a comet hit Jupiter and nothing occured.. 2 objects hit Jupiter within a year apart of each other and nothing happened. The Sun are bigger than them and im sure if it was possible nothing would happen to the Earth, just 3 less things to see in the night sky.

Altogether they amount to 1/4 of 1% of the Sun's mass. It would be a really good show but it's the equivalent of throwing a Big Mac at a fat guy: he'll eat it and go about his business.

The mess would come from disturbing Earth's orbit on their way in.

It's impossible, it wouldn't happen. But if it did, because they are gaseous planets I guess they'd fuel the sun more causing it to expand and engulf everything up to mars...

-
the sun will dissolve jupiter, saturn, neptune, if they crash into the sun.
