You'll have a very hard time finding a decent 'scope at that price but a set of 7×50 binoculars should be affordable to you (and is a better beginners instrument anyway).

There isn't one in that price range, except binoculars. And binoculars would be more useful to you as you can use it at sporting events also.

Nothing. By a good pair of binoculars, anything less than about £300 will be a toy.
