I really need some good proof or opinions of what you think. Does the bible say anything about intelligent life outside of earth? Does it disprove it? Is it all demonic? There are even pictures of claimed civilizations on the moon, or forest and wood on mars. What do you think?

The Bible is generally nebulous about lots of things. It is possible to take some passages in the Bible and make them say that there should be other intelligent beings in the universe.
One example:
There is one passage where Jesus is made to say: "I have other sheep, too, in another fold." (John 10:16)
Where is that other fold? Many people claim that he meant "outside the Jews", but the passage is not that clear. That other fold could be anything you want it to be.
In the vulgate (the official latin version written by St. Jerome, way back when) the Latin text is:
et alias oves habeo quae non sunt ex hoc ovili
where ovili is a "fold" where one keeps sheep (an enclosure).
"ex hoc ovili" outside THIS enclosure.
Since the Gentile were the people outside the Jew, they were, obviously, "everywhere", not confined in an enclosure, unless you want the whole planet to be considered an enclosure. Therefore, "outside this enclosure" in his sentence could means another planet.
The "official" interpretation is that the enclosure was Israel.
The Greek version, from which St. Jerome worked, does not add any precision (meaning = you get the same ambiguity and you can invent the same interpretation... or not, as you wish).
καὶ ἄλλα πρόβατα ἔχω ἃ οὐκ ἔστιν ἐκ τῆς αὐλῆς ταύτης
The idea that the Bible claims that there are no other civilization is a rather recent invention created by English philosophers.

If, by "picture" you means actual photographs, then no, there are not any real pictures of civilizations on the Moon nor of woods on Mars. Some are fake photos, some are photos where series of pixels are defective and some obviously under-medicated person decided that these rows of pixels are garages for aliens.
