Moon's gravity is 5 times less than that of earth so even if gases were there they escape easily from that surface while in earth due to its gravity it has trapped all gases and form a atmosphere layer, so moon has different weather than earth.. i.e. no atmosphere no weather at all...

There is no atmosphere on the Moon like on Earth. The atmosphere on the Earth keeps our oxygen and other gases from going out into space. The Moon is basically surrounded by the vacuum of space. While there is probably some minute atmosphere, it is negligible. The weather and winds are primarily from the change in air temperature brought about by the sun. The surface of the Earth cools unevenly creating weather events such as clouds, storms, winds, etc.

The moon actually does have weather. Just a much more simple and predictable weather.
Because the moon is airless, the weather is infinitely dry. It is dust and rocks in a vacuum. It cannot rain and it hasn't got any wind.
BUT, it does still have temperature. The moon indeed has temperature varying with time, and much more extreme than Earth. Temperature on the moon SOLELY depends on the history of absorption of solar radiation and history of emission of infrared radiation. There are no clouds to block he sunlight or block the moon IR glow, like there are on Earth. It is just radiation heat transfer, the associated angles of incidence and material properties of the terrain that govern it.
The moon's temperature varies from cryogenically cold at nighttime to boiling hot in the midday sun. Of course, given its kinematics, the cycle of sunlight and temperature lasts about 29.5 days.
There are times on the moon when the local terrain is a comfortable temperature. In fact, the lunar landings were scheduled for these times. As you can see in the photons, the shadows indicate a 8am-ish/9am-ish sun angle.
