Will the hurricane be dangerous

Hi guys I live in Blackpool right near the coast there is a hurricane coming on Monday what safety precautions can i take ??

Its not a hurricane, its the tail of the american hurricane, the full force of it has dissipated. Its the remnants of it. It wont be strong enough for any significant damage, maybe just a few downed power lines and trees. Thats about it, nothing to worry about.
