He's shown many obvious signs of low blood pressure, he's majorly skinny (unhealthily thin), he is barely able to concentrate, he has really cold and pale skin, and he is always thirsty. There's others I think, but I don't remember right now. We have to walk up this huge hill to our high school, and I am always wanting to run up the hill to get to class on time, but he never wants to (there's always creepy guys walking around there in the morning, so I need to stay by him, he knows he needs to protect me) and I feel bad for him. He is always tired and he is so pale and looks unhealthy, it worries me :(
I don't think he knows he does, but I want to tell him just so he is aware. I don't want to insult him by saying flat out "Dude, I'm pretty sure you've got low blood pressure". He's insecure already, so not sure how to explain it so he understands I'm telling him to help him 'cause I'm scared for his health. :( Should I always bring a chocolate bar in my backpack for him? Im not very educated on what is best for this condition, so what can I do to help him?
BTW, someone suggested maybe this could be diabetes. Which is it most likely?

Hm...has it been like this for a long time or is the sort of new? Is the weight loss drastic? Some of the signs you listed do very much sound like Diabetes.
Here's a list of common symptoms (and not everyone experiences them all):
-Excessive thirst and appetite
-Increased urination (sometimes as often as every hour)
-Unusual weight loss or gain
-Fatigue
-Nausea, perhaps vomiting
-Blurred vision
-In men and women, yeast infections
-Dry mouth
-Slow-healing sores or cuts
-Itchy skin, especially in the groin or vaginal area
If you think you friend does have some kind of health problem, maybe politely bring it up to him? Tell him that you are concerned about his health and want the best for him? If it is something serious, you could very well be saving his life by bringing up your concerns.
