I have a terrible headache and I'm not on my period, but the only thing I have at home that is relatively close to aspirin is some Midol. I don't feel like driving to the pharmacy, and since Midol is a kind of pain reliever, can it help relieve my headache or is it only safe to take when your headache is caused by your period? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can, but I wouldn't use it if it's late and you're sensitive to caffeine, one of the major differences between midol and other pain relievers is the fact that a dosage has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, which is used for a diuretic to help prevent boating.

Midol is the same stuff as tylenol and excedrin. Its all acetaminophen. So yes, you can take it for a headache.
