And why is it so dangerous?

A rain wrapped tornado occurs when the RFD(rear flank downdraft) wind grabs the rain and/or hail falling from a supercell thunderstorm and it all gets caught up in the rotating winds of the tornado. This makes it extremely hard to see and is very dangerous.
Here is some good examples of rain wrapped tornadoes.

A rain wrapped tornado is when the heavy rain falling from a the bottom of a large and severe thunderstorm. This heavy shower is blocking the view of a large tornado either inside of this heavy shower or right behind it. Here is an example photo of a tornado that is hidden from view because of the heavy precipitation.
