holly cow a MDT 4 my area tonight :( http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook… county Henderson NC i am in the 10% tornado risk but hatched 45% damaging winds what should i if bad weather comes to the area tonight never had a risk like this before help me i am only 14 should i convince my family to evacuate the are to a safer location or should i sleep through it like a baby or c ingor any warnings they issue

If the weather should get severe enough that you need to take shelter, remain calm. If possible get to the lowest level of the building/house and/or an interior room or area. This would be an area with no windows nor walls that share with the outside. Mobile homes/Double wides/Trailers are not safe places to be during a tornado or straight line winds. If you can, get to a sturdier building. If you can not get to a sturdier shelter, then find a low ditch or culvert and lay flat as can be face down. Remember, REMAIN CALM!

I know this is really scary, but you just have to ride it out. If possible, if your really worried, I would sleep on the ground floor or basement of your house. I would watch the radar carefully, and if it looks like before you go to sleep there is a really bad cell coming your way, sleep in a room that has no windows/ and or doors to outside. I wouldn't worry too much, i get a lot of those warnings where i live. Good luck!
