Is this a common side effect of Abilify

I started on Abilify last week and ever since then, while I've been feeling better and less anxious/depressed as I was, I still feel pretty "spacey" and kind of dream-like. It's kind of unnerving. I dunno. It's like I'm feeling hyper sensitive to everything too, as far as weather, light, being outside, etc. Also, my sleep has been troubled the past two or three nights by constant waking up, tossing and turning, bathroom trips, etc.

I dunno what to do about it. Apart from talk to my GP that is. But I'm not sure I should quit the medicine cold turkey. Thoughts?

If you need Abilify don't quit it it's good stuff they used to give people navane talk about side effects
it really should take about 4 weeks to get up to full effect I slept better on it than I did without it give it
a chance before you quit believe me there are worst things out there Abilify is one of the good ones
