So my dad, by mistake, got aspirin. My mom is sick and is allergic to aspirin so she can't take it. I, am sorta feeling down with the cold, so I opened the box and instead of pills I found what looked like individually wrapped pieces of gum?? I was so confused and my mom was all like oh ya these., and then tells me to to just pour it in my mouth and drink a cup of water.
Well I was too scared so I poured the powder in a cup of water but it didn't really dissolve. So I drank like a gulp and I choked cause the powder got stuck in my throat so I tried again I drank like half of the water thing now and I felt as if I was going to throw up (common if I take liquid medicine. That's why I always take pills) so I stopped and drank lots of water...
Is this more affective than the pills? I couldn't drink it so I threw it out. Is this "dangerous" at all? It's just the kroger brand for aspirin. Next time how can I take this without gagging? Can I pour it into juice or not? Btw I'm 13 so yeah.
Thankssss. And Im pretty sure I'm not allergic to aspirin lol.
