If you could explain in steps please

OK, no problem here we go:
3 + 13.05 + (392.4 * x)/9.81 = 56.05
(392.4 * x)/9.81 = 56.05 - 16.05
(392.4 * x)/9.81 = 40
392.4 * x = 40 * 9.81
392.4 * x = 392.4
x = 1
