Derivative of denominator = 7/2sqrt(x)
Using l'Hopital's rule 2cos x*sqrt(x)/7
x-->0 = 2*0/7 = 0
Derivative of denominator = 7/2sqrt(x)
Using l'Hopital's rule 2cos x*sqrt(x)/7
x-->0 = 2*0/7 = 0

edit: I was thinking sin (x/7) (sqrt x) not sin (x/7sqrt x). I agree with the answer below me
