Is there a graph or any data about predicting earthquake I can use ? If so please tell me the link and explain about the graph too .. Thank you :)

Nope - like Punk Rock says.
The best you ever get is a very unsatisfactory "There is an X% chance that there will be an earthquake of magnitude Y or larger with the next Z years." And "Z" is usually something like 50 to 100 years, not at all accurate enough to do anything with.
There have been many cases where looking at seismographs of a region, you would have every reason to think that something serious was going to happen soon, because the activity has been increasing. Then, the activity just stops. You just can't make predictions from data like that.
The earth works in ways that are very hard to predict, and works on its own time scale - which can be hundreds, if not thousands, of years long.

Not sure what you mean by "graphs". There are many lists and maps that plot the events, and maps of frequency and hazard here:

Nope
it is currently imposible to accurately predict when, where or how powerful an earthquake will be, with current technology
