C.It is evolutionary change due to recessive modifications that enriches a gene pool over very long periods of time because if u look up microevolution (micro = small) and macro = big!! and A. is either extinction or evolutionary..........

Sounds like A, just a guess since "macro" means "large" and "evolution" is pretty much "changing".
