A.It is evolutionary change on a large scale often following major global changes and mass extinctions.
B.It is evolutionary change due to dominant modifications that enriches a gene pool over very short periods of time.

A.It is evolutionary change on a large scale often following major global changes and mass extinctions.
Macro = large scale.
Macro = large scale.
-
C.It is evolutionary change due to recessive modifications that enriches a gene pool over very long periods of time because if u look up microevolution (micro = small) and macro = big!! and A. is either extinction or evolutionary..........

Sounds like A, just a guess since "macro" means "large" and "evolution" is pretty much "changing".
