There is this Bright reddish twinkling star the left of jupiter, It is a little lower than Jupiter itself. I observed it with my telescope (10 mm eyepiece) and it looked fiery. Can someone tell me what this could be? Thanks!

Without a bit more information, its hard to tell - you didn't say how far from Jupiter and what time you are looking.
If its in the constellation Orion (the one with the 3 stars in a straight line forming Orion's Belt), it is the star Betelgeuse.
If its above that constellation, its the star Aldebaran.

I can't find anything near there in Stellarium, though omicron, xi, mu, nu and epsilon Pisces are close by and all are orange giants around magnitude 4 so maybe those, might also have been Io.
Just telling us what eyepiece you used doesn't really give much information about your equipment.
