If g(x)=24, what is the value of x^2 - g(x) ?

I need g(x) Equation

g(x) = ((1/2)x^2) / 3
24 = ((1/2)x^2) / 3
24*3 = (1/2)x^2
72*2 = x^2
144 = x^2
x^2 = 144 and g(x) = 24 So...
x^2 - g(x) =144-24 = 120
B) 120
