My house has many strange noises and I'm always seeing dark figures from the corner of my eye, and it's freaky!can anyone tell me how I can find out who or what it is and contact it?

It could be a old ghost not crossed over to contact it just speak like in the middle of the house and like say whatever you want to say make sure it's very silent so you maybe able to hear it. Even if you don't believe in god speak like this for etc " God please take this spirit into your arms and save it from evil". I wish you good luck <3
