We have the science and technology to achieve it today, we simply do not have the will to make it happen.
Because of the way that our Universe unfolded along with the laws of physics, you cannot simply reverse the aging process, successfully. You can replace defective tissues and organs as they fail, and that will benefit the organism for a period of time. Ultimately, however, that approach is doomed to fail. It is the same thing as replace defective mechanical parts in an old car, trying to keep it running for another few years. It works find for a while, but then new parts start putting too much stress on older parts, bringing about their demise. By the time that you have replaced all of the original parts in the car, it's time to do it again. The cycle would continue unending until entropy took over. That's because entropy -- a measure of disorder in closed systems -- is one of the principle reasons we age.
Life, like the birth of the Universe, gets it start in an extremely low state of entropy. Any anti-aging concept must address this issue of entropy, how to reset it back to an original lower state. There is only one model that holds any possibility for doing this in living systems -- human cloning and transfer of consciousness.

I doubt it. I think science will find a way to slow down aging but it can't stop aging completely.
