"Ana has 48 apples, and Jane has 36 apples. How many apples must Ana give to Jane, that they will have the same amount of apples?"
I know how to resolve it, using all of the operations, but this friend of mine, which is in primary school, hasn't learned yet the "x" and "/" operations. How can I resolve the problem, without using those operations?

I am answering exactly what you have proposed. A situation where one is not familiar with multiplication of division.
It means one is familiar with Addition and substraction.
Ana = 48
Jane = 36
Difference : ana – jane = 48-36 =12
Since we are substracting jane from Ana, it means jane has more no of apples. So, Ana must give her apple to jane.
If ana given 1 then ana = 48-1 = 47 and jane = 36+1 = 37
If ana given 2 then ana = 48-2 = 46 and jane = 36+1 = 38
If ana given 3 then ana = 48-3 = 45 and jane = 36+1 = 39
If ana given 4 then ana = 48-4 = 44 and jane = 36+1 = 40
If ana given 5 then ana = 48-5 = 43 and jane = 36+1 = 41
If ana given 6 then ana = 48-6 = 42 and jane = 36+1 = 42
Here both has same no of apples.
So, ana must give 6 no of apples to jane in order to equate the no of apples.
You can impress your little friend. :)

This is simple one.
1) The difference of the two is 12. Dividing 12 by 2, it is = 6.
So Ana has to give 6 apples to Jane, so that Ana will have (48-6) = 42 and Jane will have (36+6) = 42 apples.
2) Alternatively you may try this also:
