A brisk daily walk would prevent it.......

The closest that study gets to saying that meat is in any way harmful is that it causes weight gain. A lot of food products do that. Potatoes, avacados, most nuts, and pasta do the same if you eat too much of it. Are those foods "very harmful" too?

If you are going to post a link to prove your point you must post one that actually does so. All this states is that if a person increases the amount of meat they eat they will, over time, gain weight. The same can be said for any product with a high sugar content as well including many fruits or ones with high carb counts such as many beans and other products that vegans eat on a regular basis. The only thing this article states is that eating too much can cause weight gain which is true of, as I said, many products. It does not reflect on the health benefits or concerns relating to meat.

Of course processed and fatty red meat and poultry Is unhealthy and contributes to weight gain when eaten too often.
Eating lean meat Is healthful and full of nutrition and has many health benefits though.
That "scientific" study Is NOT telling us anything we didn't already know.

Ya - it's another bullsh*t "study".

there's a "study" to "prove" anything you want to say when it comes to diet.

If you looked long enough, you could find a "study" that said exactly the opposite thing.
