You are asking questions that can never be answered. If a god created everything, then what created the god? It's just mind games. Does it make more sense that matter reacted to physical and chemical forces or that some entity that nobody ever sees waved a magic wand and created everything?
Yes of course evolution theory is real. What you are really asking is evolution itself real. What you don't understand is that evolution is just a term that represents observations made of the fossil record and the life around us. It is just a word that defines what is being seen. It is not an argument against religion. It is just a "definition".

Your DNA also shows, compared to other species, that we have a common ancestor with other primates. I could go on, and discuss the tens of thousands of scientific papers, field and lab studies, and the fact that not one piece of information or evidence has falsified the theory of evolution (the explanation of the evidence above) over the last 150 years and more.
