How does someone with a naturally (I repeat NATURALLY) low body fat percentage and HIGH lean muscle mass percentage, lose muscle? Does it all depend on diet?
I heard it's harder for people who are naturally very muscular to lose muscle then it is for people who worked hard to attain muscle, which is why i'm asking.
