Is the country of Georgia in the continent of Europe or Asia?
-
Georgia lies north of Armenia in the Caucasus Mountains. Since Armenia lies north of Turkey and Iran, which are unquestionably in Asia, I would say Asia, although close to the border

It's not a country, it's a sovereign State [formerly a Russian territory]
It's neither in Europe or Asia but right dead in between so it's in Eurasia.
Here's a map that helps...

Georgia lies in an area that arguably includes both Europe and Asia, although the continental divide is not always precisely defined. Russia is not all in Europe or all in Asia either.

They are in Caucasus, bordering Europe and Asia.
