I smoked like 7 days ago.. Is it gonna show up on the drug test? Gosh I feel so stupid

Yes. THC metabolites are on all pre-employment drug screens. So they will test for it.
Now whether you will test positive is a matter of your frequency of smoking prior and individual metabolism.
If you are an infrequent smoker, and you smoked a low to moderate amount a week ago and PRIOR to that had not smoked for 30+ days.. your odds of passing go up immensely. If you are/were a moderate smoker (smoked at least once or more per week) then the odds go down due to the slow clearance of THC metabolites.
In chronic smokers (daily smokers) it often takes 30+ days for the THC metabolites to fall below detection thresholds.
In infrequent smokers,.. smoke once every other month or so.. the metabolites clear much more quickly as they have not built up in the body.
Generally marijuana will clear an individual's system who smoked one time , but did not smoke 30+ days prior -- in 4-11 days.
You didn't indicate if you took the drug test at 7 days post smoking, or if it is coming up soon. At day 7 you have about a 50% chance of smoking (give or take) -- each day that passes it will increase dramatically. Again if you did not smoke 30days or so prior to this ingestion 7 days ago,.. then you still have a fair chance of passing at day 7, and each day beyond that it will increase. By day 14 it will be above 95% that you will test negative.
Good luck,

Yes it will show up in a drug test. As far as I remember it takes a good 30+ days to get out of your system.
