My pain pill tolerace is through the roof, I snort them. I've heard ppl chewing them for faster effect(pills taste nasty!), ive also heard that both snorting and chewing are wastes for recreational use. Ppl say take em whole too but tht doesnt hit me unless I have like four tab tens or oxys,due to tolerance, anyways I dont believe tht snorting is a waste, just a bi+ch on the body, i think chewing and taking them whole are wastes(unless you never start snorting like me and you can pop em to get high like a normal person or dont em at all). So which do you think is best method and why if you dont mind.

The best method for hydrocodone is orally. Hydrocodone is metabolized into hydromorphone and as such needs to be ingested orally , as designed, to have maximum bio-availability throughout the blood stream. Snorting is not recommended, you obtain some small effect due to the mucosal absorption into the blood stream but much is wasted.
As for what is the best way orally -- much of it is placebo. Taking a pill whole, chewing it, crushing it, etc.. doesn't make much difference. These tablets are broken down by the hydrochloric acid in the stomach in seconds.. so believe it or not.. the whole theory of chewing or crushing non time released medications is mostly a placebo effect.
An alternative you did not mention is to do the following.
Take your prescribed hydrocodone (Norco brand in this case) and put them in a small ceramic cup (a coffee mug will do fine) -- run cold to warm water over it.. sufficiently covering the tablets. Give it a few minutes to dissolve and then drink the mixture. This will speed up absorption due to surface area slightly. To most this isn't practical, but if you insist on other ways than taking them as prescribed -- this is a safe, non damaging, method to get some benefit.
I would also recommend discussing your pain and tolerance with your prescribing physician. You may need to be moved to a longer acting opioid such as Oxycontin, or any of the other variations that have a much longer half-life and/or are time released.
Often for chronic pain a long acting opioid is prescribed with a short acting (like hydrocodone) for break through pain.
