For example ... I will roll the dice in vacuum at the same power, angle, origin. Will I get the same result in next roll?

I dont believe so, and for several reasons. In the first place you will be reliant on the force of gravity and according to recent findings the gravity field is in constant fluctuation, so this will have a definite effect upon the dice. Another question you should consider is that electromagnetic radiations such as radio waves all around us may have an slight effect upon the dice also. Not only this but the very motions of the Sun and the Moon moving overhead, etc., will also have gravitational effects.
Moreover in this question you are approaching the "dicey" field of metaphysics where the so-called laws of the universe begin to become a bit unstable and not yielding tjhe expected results. As an example of this we can look at fingerprints and snowflakes. Apparently and evidently no two will ever be the same.
One can argue that this is logical or that it is illogical... It depends entirely upon your point of view. The fact remains however that it will never be satisfactorily expalined. This is one of the faults to be found in the makeup of the universe...there are many such unexplained features. In fact we need a new paradigm of physics to explain it all. (in fact I have written a book which is a "brave" attempt to indeed explain it all !).
Apparently everything in the universe is in flux and this will be discovered as you probe deeper into the physical "laws of the universe". Nothing is ever what is expected to be, especially at the quantum / sub - atomic level. An example of this is the 'double slit experiment' carried out by Young and others. (you can google this).
The existence of the "aether" is now again in question, ie., a quality of space time which provides a medium for the support of electromagnetic raediations such as light. (In the same way that air supports sound waves). It is argued that there has to be some form of medium to support radiation, but to date none has been found or isolated. Even so, many scientists are of the opinion that it must exist.

It seems unlikely despite your assurance that "everything" is the same. The EXACT control that you would need over power, angle, orientation at origin, and position at origin is pretty much aligned against you.
Added in edit -- except of course for the one-in-six chance from pure chance. (Assuming a six-sided die.)
