My boyfriend is 15 and tried meth for the first time about 2 or 3 hours ago. He took a 1/2 oz. and at first he was fine. He had slight bumps on his arms. After a while he became highly nauseated and he started coughing up blood. He has now thrown up blood around 3 times. He is very dizzy and blacks-out quite often. Is this lethal? Will he die? Please help me. I need to know because he refuses to go to the doctors an is there anything I can do at home to help him?

These are not typical symptoms of crystal methamphetamine overdose -- nor are they common effects of recreationally using crystal meth.
Overdose of crystal meth typically causes sympathetic and parasympathetic central and peripheral nervous system issues. Such as Neurological deficit (ie: confusion),.. psychogenic issues: Most notably paranoia... Sweating,.. fever, stomach pain, chest pain, possible seizure, increase in blood pressure and heart rate, and possible heart attack/stroke, come, and/or death.
This could be an allergic reaction to one of the many compounds that are utilized in making crystal meth, or an adverse reaction to any of the toxic chemicals that are used in meth's manufacturing process.
I strongly, very strongly, advise you to take him to the emergency room. This is not something to 'wait out'.
** He will not be arrested or get into any legal trouble for going to the hospital for ingestion of an illegal substance.
Take care,

Get him to the hospital immediately. He is experiencing what sounds to be a severe allergic reaction. Do the right thing and even call his parents immediately or get him to go to the hospital. Coughing up blood is a sign of something seriously wrong. He can die from an overdose or allergic reaction. By you not getting him help and he dies you can go to jail for assisting in his death and refusing to get him help. Their is Nothing at home you can do to help because it affects his breathing and lungs and possibly his heart he will need to go to the hospital and get put on iv fluids to flush his system to avoid damage to his body or death.
