Its a completely normal thing-Its a Low Blood Pressure symptom.Discuss with your physician.......
Everytime I get up I black out alot and sometimes it can last for up to 10secs, any ideas!

This is called orthostatic hypotension and its a drop in blood pressure that happens when blood pools in the lower limbs while sitting or lying down.

One common cause is dehydration. Make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day.

Other causes are certain medications and some medication conditions.

To avoid the symptoms associated with orthostatic hypotension, stand up more slowly and try flexing your upper body and abdominal muscles when standing. Sometimes this helps.

If you start drinking more water and you're still noticing it, you may want to mention it to your doctor.
