Interpretations:
1. She died due of asphyxia due to ingestion of blood into the lungs as proved by the presence of water in the lungs. Death by asphyxia and right side heart failure as shown by the blood and frothy fluid.
2.She was alive at the time she drowned as proved by the presence of sand in her stomach. This is to say she was not first killed and then dumped into the water.
3.An abrasion is simply a superficial tear of the skin. This could have happened while she fell into the well. It is necessary to know if underlying the abrasion there were deeper wounds.
Provisional conclusion: Death by asphyxia due to drowning.
(You cannot conclude homicide on these findings)
