I'm in high school right now and I'm strongly considering to become a doctor after I graduate. I'd like to know the courses that I'd have to do, and the qualifications I'd need to become one. Also which University is the best for medicine? Thank you very much.

I can't tell you the best university for medicine in Sydney as I am from Canada. But the process is usually similar. You need to do your undergraduate degree -human kinetics, biochem, or just a general bio (which will allow you to take pretty much any courses life science oriented) are good starts. You will also have to take some kind of general assessment exam, in North America it's the MCAT. Do some volunteering, as reference letters will likely be required. Anything you can do that makes you different or more experienced than other applicants is always good. If you are considered, you will likely have to complete a series of microinterviews with the medical school. As for high school, take all your upper year science and maths. Best of luck.

Go pre med in a 4 year college...chemistry, biology etc...then take the MCAT? and try to get into med school
