HOLD THE PHONE!!
tylenol comes in several different concentrations, 50mg/ teaspoon, 500mg/teaspoon, 160mg/teaspoon, 100mg/teaspoon etc (one teaspoon = 5mL), so that dose you are considering could mean a whole bunch of different doses. For children 12 years and older it is recommended to follow the adult dosing, given this the best dose for you to take would be 650mg every 4 to 6 hours (adults also can take 1000 mg every six hours, but given your age it would be better to stick with the lower, more frequent dosing)
Also make sure you don't take more than 4000mg in 24 hours, and that you calculate out how much liquid you need based on what strength it is
If you have the 160mg/teaspoon you need 20mL or 4 TEAspoons (1 teaspoon = 5mL, 1 tablespoon = 15mL)
if you have the 50 mg/teaspoon you will need 65 mL, or roughly 4 TABLEspoons, and 1 TEAspoon
The concentration should be listed on the bottle, take the concentration Xmg/mL, and divide 650mg by it
Xmg/mL / 650 = the number of mL's you need, remember 1 teaspoon = 5mL, 1 tablespoon = 15mL, this is a common mistake, and we obviously want to avoid it
If you aren't sure about your math, have one of your parents double check your math or call ANY pharmacy and they will walk you through it.

No you would not have to go to the H for that but the real question is what exactly are you taking the Tylenol for?

Tell your mom. Why are you taking 3 tablespoons of medicine? This is more of a concern!
It's too much for sure, but I doubt if there would any any longer term effects.

No, that's a pretty normal dose for someone your size.
