Do we have any technology yet that allows us to manipulate gravity, even if it is just a little bit? If so, how far are the advancements in this field? And I'm talking about manipulation like making it 1/2 gravity or 5x gravity or something, not wind tunnels or planes dropping 10,000 feet rapidly. Best answer gets ten points, links are helpful.

There is no known way to manipulate gravity without enormous amounts of mass.
You would need some kind of exotic matter to amply gravity in any way, as General Relativity requires that ordinary matter be transparent to gravity. What exactly this exotic matter would consist of I don't think anyone knows, but ti would have to be mighty strange.
