Why a comb drawn through hair attracts a tiny piece of paper

..Any help would be appreciated =)-You see a comb rubbed on only DRY hair attract paper pieces because the comb develops charge (or the comb is charged) due to friction between hair and comb. This charge developed has capabilities to induces or polarise or to make charges in paper realign(all these mean same). The realignment is such that the opposite charge of the comb is aligned closer to comb and same charge is on the farther side.Hence this develops attraction.......
I need to describe in detail why a comb drawn through hair attracts a tiny piece of paper, i also need to use appropriate scientific language, but i dont know what to write...

Any help would be appreciated =)

You see a comb rubbed on only "DRY" hair attract paper pieces because the comb develops charge (or the comb is charged) due to friction between hair and comb. This charge developed has capabilities to induces or polarise or to make charges in paper realign(all these mean same). The realignment is such that the opposite charge of the comb is aligned closer to comb and same charge is on the farther side.
Hence this develops attraction.
