then with the slope and a set of points you can use point-slope form.(Basically its a horizontal line, another way to figure this out would be to notice that they have the same y point, both have it at 1.......
I have been trying to figure it out, but I can't get the right answer. Can someone please help me.

ok, first of all you should know that you need a slope.
ok, how do you get slope? y1-y2/x1-x2

(1-1)/1-2
0/-1 or 0 so m = 0

then with the slope and a set of points you can use point-slope form.
(y-y1) = m(x-x1)
(y-1) = 0(x-1)
y-1 = 0
y = `1

(Basically it's a horizontal line, another way to figure this out would be to notice that they have the same y point, both have it at 1.)

y=1
