Since the reactant of (Potassium metal + Liquid Water)K + H2O is K(OH) + H2 (Not balanced purposely) Does that mean every alkaline metal with H2O will *combust (possibly wrong word choice) and form H2 gas?

The Group I (alkali) metals will. The reaction becomes more vigororus as the size of the atom increases (i.e., Cs is HIGHLY reactive, Li is much less so).
