The theory of evolution does not suggest that a monkey has ever turned into a human. It might be useful to study it a little, to find out what it does say, before critiquing it.
Nevertheless you are right, a "theory" is not a "fact." A fact is something observed and a theory is an accurate system for understanding the observed facts.

For a start don't ask stupid questions on subject you don't understand. Once someone says Monkeys and Evolution, I automatically know they are either a troll of have never read what evolution really is. We never came from monkeys, it's called a COMMON ANCESTOR. Why do we still have Europeans when a lot migrated to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc?

Evolution doesn't claim that a monkey turns into a human. Your knowledge of evolution seems a bit poor. As for atheists, they do not as a group make any claims about evolution, they simply don't believe in the existence of gods. Perhaps you're thinking of biologists or anthropologists?
