The mainstream Christian churches are finally starting to speak out against the heretical, fanatical, flawed views of the YECs and other fringe groups that deny evolution, the big bang, abiogenesis, etc.

We believe that among God’s good gifts are human minds capable of critical thought and that the failure to fully employ this gift is a rejection of the will of our Creator. To argue that God’s loving plan of salvation for humanity precludes the full employment of the God-given faculty of reason is to attempt to limit God, an act of hubris...We ask that science remain science and that religion remain religion, two very different, but complementary, forms of truth."

So then by default it makes yours correct that an invisible being floats around the universe and does good things for living beings but is never seen!!! It was made up eons ago by an ancient king who had unruly subjects, so he knew of a eclipse of the sun and moon that was about to happen and he told his subjects that if they did not behave that he would block out the sun until they repented to him, and that little charade created your imaginary gods!!! Religion was formed and religious icons became rich and it just kept on evolving into MAN MADE UP RELIGIOUS PROFIT MAKING ORGANIZATIONS that trade on the worlds stock exchanges and couldn't help your soul even if they wanted to!!!
