Can 2 seperate population evolve into the same subspecies

which means that if theres another earth out there, there must be other humans.. DUN DUN DUN o.......
Let's say that hypothetically, there are 2 separate populations of the same species of rabbit on separate continents. Let us also say they both begin to favor the same genes that produce shorter legs and longer ears. If these populations eventually form a separate species from the parent rabbit species, would they be the same species if they evolved favoring the same set of genes?

-
The environments would have to be nearly identical, the selectional pressure would also have to be identical, but yes it would be possible given the conditions were met.

-
its possible but they would need to be almost identical in the DNA, for this to happen the envirnments would have to be almost identical as well so the species favor the same genes, it could happen but not likely

-
both the rabbits and the environments would need to be very similar... which means that if there's another earth out there, there must be other humans.. DUN DUN DUN o.0
