We often wonder if there are aliens out there, but what if we're not the only humans

therefore he is an alien; for 17 years I lived in Saudi Arabia as a foreigner, originally from America so therefore I was an alien. Basically, alien means foreigner, thats exactly what the dictionary states. But lets just say that aliens are a species and we humans are never aliens regardless if were foreigners or not.......
Okay first of all, 'alien' is not a species. It's not some big headed, big lemon-shaped eyed naked creature from outer space or whatever.--An alien is a foreigner; A Canadian living in the United States is a foreigner, therefore he is an alien; for 17 years I lived in Saudi Arabia as a foreigner, originally from America so therefore I was an alien. Basically, 'alien' means foreigner, that's exactly what the dictionary states.

But let's just say that aliens are a species and we humans are never aliens regardless if we're foreigners or not. And with that said, let's just assume that instead of meeting aliens in this massive universe, we meet up with other humans instead and they're living on planets as habitable as ours.
Now, if we simply allow ourselves to dream and imagine, what would you say would be the differences between us humans and those humans? What would you say would be the difference between their planet and wild life, and ours? Would the humans speak English, Arabic, German French over there as we do over here? Would they have dogs and cats, mice and rats, lions and tigers, dolphin and wales, eagles and falcons? Or would they have an entirely different cast of animals, both domestic and wild?
I know the chances of there being over humans may be slim, but let's just imagine.--And would it actually be all that slim? Would us being the only human beings really be our safest bet? We often wonder if there are aliens out there, and I do believe there's a collection of them. But what if there are also more humans out there?

The things that make us "human" occurred over a vast amount of time, and in incredibly small steps. They are statistically so unlikely to be repeated precisely that the existence of other humans can safely be ruled out. Like most physicists and astronomers, my feeling is that given the sheer size of the Universe, the probability of other intelligences is almost overwhelming, but whatever the form they may take, they certainly won't be physically human. They would almost certainly share many things in common with us, but that is related to intelligence itself, and not physical form. They may well share our curiosity about the Universe for instance, so we will have a lot to talk about!
