Highly unlikely due to the high budget it would cost to build the ship, the pay for the actual astronauts and computer workers, and the amount of supplies. Also the astronauts would have to be very determined to get there and their willpower must be strong since Uranus is such a far away planet. It'll take months or maybe years since space alters time depending how far you go unless by then we'd create a fast vehicle. Also Uranus is a gas planet so the rocket would keep plummeting in an endless sky of thunder clouds.

You can't actually "land" on Uranus it's a Gas Giant. I Would rather go to Neptune, It rains diamonds there.
