If animals can predict/sense danger, how come we humans can't

we still have the sense but dont use it. deer on the other hand have to always be on the look out for wolves and coyotes. bottom line..........
I know its a silly question, but wth its yahoo answers :)

we pretty much can. weve lost the sense though cause we have it easy. after all when you go outside do you worry about predators lol? we still have the sense but dont use it. deer on the other hand have to always be on the look out for wolves and coyotes. bottom line..... if we all went to a basic world of hunting for our food again you would regain the sense

Certain animals have certain senses more developed than humans do.

For example, elephants have some auditive receptors on their feet, that detect low-frequency sounds.
Earthquakes produce low-frequency sounds, that travel fast through the ground, and elephants can sense them, while humans cannot.
Snakes and many other animals can also detect vibrations in the ground.

Many animals, like rats, can also hear up to the range of the ultrasound, or, like pigeons, as low as 1Hz.
