Western Spotted Orb Weaver

There is one in my back yard and I can't find any information about it

I would like a link to a site for more about it (is it poisonous, should I leave it where it is?)

No orb weavers are poisonous. They eat flies and mosquitoes, so leaving it is probably a good idea. All of the orb weavers are fairly similar so a general orb weaver website should be fine.
