Yes, although I would consider the whole corvid (crows, choughs, ravens, jays, magpies) family to be very intelligent, and not just ravens. They are among the most intelligent animals in the world, along with elephants, whales and the great apes. I always keep that in mind if I see a jackdaw flying over my house.
Most crows and ravens have good memories and long lifespans. Jays have good spatial memories, meaning that they can recall landmarks near where they have stored food and nested. Magpies are the only birds to recognise themselves in a mirror, and some crows can make tools without having learnt so first.

The kea of New Zealand is often considered the smartest birds in the world. It has been shown to learn things very quickly and there is a video of it getting a treat through a perpex box which required removing certain pegs and the kea was able to learn this very quickly without being shown.
Obviously different people will say different things, but I would consider it to be in the top 3 at the very least, if not the top.

They're feathery geniuses.

Yes, ravens are even smarter than crows, and crows themselves are not dumb. Ravens have one of the highest brain to body mass ratios among all birds.

Yep. I think they're the smartest of all birds.
