They will draw blood,in hope of finding a mate and to prepare.Its instincts.-Why wouldnt it?A female mosquito will feed as necessary until it reaches its maximum life expectancy (about 1 month).Blood feeding in females isnt tied to the ability to breed.......
To "That one guy" : Female mosquitoes feed on blood to produce eggs..Not to feed..They eat pollen, as males do..

Anyway, what do you mean "never been allowed"? They will draw blood,in hope of finding a mate and to prepare.It's instincts.
